Grading syllabus guide.

  • Basic warm up and stretching exercises – 2-5 minutes
  • Sitting stance basic blocks (Low, middle & high rising block) – 3 minutes
  • Sitting stance basic punching ( Single, double & triple punches) - 3 minutes
  • Line work – Basic blocks, punches and kicks – 10 minutes
  • 4 directional punching & Saju makgi - 5 minutes
  • 3 step sparing 1-3
  • Grabs and releasing techniques (10 years +) - 3 minutes
  • Focus, co-ordination and distancing – (Basic punches & kicks ) – 5 minutes.
  • Airshields, paddles and smartie pads (Optional). 5 minutes
